Low Cost Fiber provides residential fiber-optic internet services. Service availability, speeds, and pricing are subject to your location and the plan selected. Advertised speeds are “up to” speeds and may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and other factors.
Monthly service fees are due on the billing date established at the time of installation. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Price lock guarantees apply for the duration specified by your selected plan and are contingent on maintaining active service without interruption.
Low Cost Fiber services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your service at any time without early termination fees or penalties. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Gift card promotions are available to qualifying new customers only. Gift cards are issued after the service has been active for 90 days and the account is in good standing. One gift card per household. Promotion details, amounts, and eligibility are subject to change without notice.
Low Cost Fiber provides a modem and WiFi equipment at no additional charge for the duration of your service. Equipment remains the property of Low Cost Fiber and must be returned in good working condition upon cancellation of service.
Professional installation is provided as part of qualifying service plans. Installation scheduling is subject to availability and may require access to your property.
You agree to use Low Cost Fiber services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Low Cost Fiber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
Low Cost Fiber reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
